Hi! I'm Grace

I am a 23 year old living in Coralville, IA after graduating from the University of Iowa in December of 2022 with a degree in Education Studies & Human Relations. I oversee a before and after school program and summer camp most of the time, which has led me to become passionate about sharing the importance and impact that movement has not only on children, but every body! I began practicing yoga in high school many years ago, but became consistent in the fall of 2022. In April 2024, I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. I am trained in children's yoga, yin yoga level 1 & 2, mat pilates and total body barre!

I have been so fortunate to be able to bring my passions into my day job and am now offering Children's and Adult Yoga classes through the Coralville Recreation Department! Check out my class pages to get more information on how to register!
